After observing that most fast food restaurants serve American food, Mr. Resty Esponillo came up with the idea to have a Pinoy fast food resto. October 2003 was the birth of Sinangag Station, the long dream of Mr. Esponillo.
When you hear silog you’ll think of tapa. But Sinangag Station is also known for their sisig, bangus, and some products from Cebu like Spanish sardines, danggit and chorizo. Their most expensive dish would be the Hungarian and bangus which is P70. Sinangag Station is a 24/7 tapsilugan that promises to cater every type of person with its accessibility and affordability.
Sinangag Station isn’t the stylish resto. It is an open-air, tile flooring and a few picnic tables and benches. But it’s clean and the staff is friendly. With the reasonable prices and full meal dishes, most customers are students, office workers with unusual work time and party goers who are looking for some place to eat at pass midnight. The Pinoy resto assures its fans to offer good quality, fast, clean and affordable meals which recognized them as Philippine Marketing Excellence Awardee.
Because of the good quality of food, service and great response of people, Sinangag Station flourished to a total of thirteen branches. They have eleven branches in Cebu and two in the Urban Metro, one in Maginhawa and the other in Katipunan. Five were company own and the rest are franchise.
